54 years old M patient presented with severe loss of vision ( CF 2 Feet) in the left eye. This video demonstrates 25 G PPV surgery with membrane peeling and segmentation using ERM forceps and high speed cutter resulting in successful removal of all fibrovascular proliferations and achieving a stable retina.
